1. Drive straight to the property address that you want to view (no appointment necessary). If its posted on our site then it is still For Rent! Once we receive a DEPOSIT we remove the listing.

2. Once you arrive, Text "I'm here to view" put the address, lot number, and send a  photo of your license to 318-232-0765. If you do not get a reply within 5 minutes, please try to call the number!

3. Most units have a keybox on the door, we will send you the code to look and lock back. If the property does not have a keybox on the door then we will send over someone to let you inside ASAP.

4. After looking, please come back to our website to Apply for the unit if you decide that you want to Rent It. Be ready to provide your deposit and pro-rated rent (if required). Money Order or Cash App preferred. We will prepare your lease and send it to you electronically.
